We are looking for a Technical Consultant to join our growing team—a hands-on problem solver who can navigate the intersection of AI, software engineering, and business strategy to deliver cutting-edge solutions for our clients.

What You’ll Do

🔹 AI & Technology Implementation: Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered solutions (e.g., AI agents, automation tools, predictive analytics) into client environments.
🔹 Technical Consulting & Solution Architecture: Guide clients through AI adoption by assessing their technical landscape, identifying gaps, and providing recommendations on system architecture and implementation strategies.
🔹 Data Engineering & AI Readiness: Help clients structure, clean, and optimize data for AI applications, ensuring model performance and scalability.
🔹 Client Engagement & Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to align AI initiatives with business objectives, KPIs, and ROI expectations.
🔹 Customization & Optimization: Fine-tune AI models, develop workflow automations, and integrate solutions into enterprise systems.
🔹 Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies, best practices, and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ 3-7 years of experience in software development, AI engineering, or technical consulting.
✔️ Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience with LLMs, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AI APIs is a plus.
✔️ Experience with data engineering, model deployment, and API integrations.
✔️ Strong ability to bridge business strategy with technical execution, translating client needs into AI-driven solutions.
✔️ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills—ability to assess complex technical challenges and propose scalable solutions.
✔️ Strong communication skills—comfortable interfacing with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
✔️ Prior consulting experience or experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment is preferred.
